🛍️ 1. ORDERING

1.1 Do I need to create an account to shop with Milmith?
No, you can place orders as a guest without creating an account.
However, registering an account helps you check out faster, save your address details, and easily track your orders.

1.2 How do I create an account?
Click on “Login / Register” on the top of the page and select “Create an Account”. Fill in your basic details and set a password to get started.

1.3 How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select the items you wish to buy, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’re done shopping, go to your cart, review your items, and click “Checkout.”
Confirm your delivery address, apply any coupon code (if available), and complete payment.

1.4 I’m unable to add items to my cart. What should I do?
If a product is showing “Out of Stock” or “Unavailable,” it means it’s temporarily sold out. Please check back soon or contact us for availability.

1.5 What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.

1.6 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as we begin processing immediately. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

1.7 How do I use a discount or coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the “Apply Coupon” field on the cart or checkout page before completing payment.
Please note that we cannot apply it manually after your order has been placed.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS once your payment is successful.
Registered users can also track their order status by logging into “My Account.”


🚚 2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2.2 How long will delivery take?

  • Kerala: 2–5 working days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 working days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

2.3 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to track your delivery status anytime.

2.4 What are the shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.

2.5 Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, we can’t change the delivery address once the order is confirmed. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout.

2.6 I received a missing or wrong item. What should I do?

2.7 I received a defective or damaged product. What should I do?

2.8 I ordered the wrong size or color. Can I exchange it?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return the item as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

2.9 I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link or contact us at

2.10 Are there additional charges for redelivery?
No, there’s no extra charge for the first two redelivery attempts. A fee may apply from the third attempt onward.
