However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The request is made within 2 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size issues, color variation due to lighting/screen differences, or items purchased during clearance sales.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Milmith Garments will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to other reasons (such as unwanted or wrongly selected item), the shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, or as store credit if applicable.
Replacement items will be dispatched after quality verification.
